A 200,000 square foot renovated building in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. Over a three-year span, Grigio collaborated closely with the executive leadership team, project manager, interior designer, architect, landscape architect, clinical leadership, construction manager, local government public art representation, and public relations to develop and install over 300 pieces of artwork in this state-of-the-art building in Downtown Sacramento. The art program largely featured original artwork by local artists in a variety of mediums, including metal, wood, mixed media, resin, a set of hand-painted murals, and a water jet cut guard-rail designed by a local artist. This project also features Grigio’s Artfolio smartphone app. The app is free to download, and users can view all of the public area artwork inside the app, as well as view a map of each floor of the building that shows where the art is located. For key pieces of art, there is additional content in within the app – including a set of artist process videos created by Grigio’s digital content partner.
